I started to work at the practice around 30 years ago, firstly as a part-time receptionist, and then as a secretary before becoming the assistant practice manager. I became the practice manager in 2011. I am responsible for the overall day-to-day management of the practice and to support the GPs and other medical professionals to ensure the right systems are in place to provide high-quality patient care.
